I Stayed there for one night only due to cancelled Air Namimbia flight to Windhoek.
I was pleasently surpised by the accommodation facilities.
The room was clean, the amenities all there and overall very comfortable.
Breakfast buffet was up to normal standard one would ask for a business lodge.
Overall, great to stay for a night or two, but I would not suggest it for your vacation arrangements.
Staff was polite overall.
Shame though for access to internet, as there is none but the managers office. They were kind enough to let me use it to check my emails.

We stayed here out of neccessity due to a traffic accident. It was nice but over-priced especially for the region. The room was nice, the breakfast and dinner buffets slightly above average. The front desk suggested we use an associate to travel to Windhoek where we needed to go to catch our flight, saying it would be far less expensive than renting a car one way. By far it was not! No reason for a tourist/visitor to stay at this location when other better options are available.

The manager of this hotel is superb but is let down by his staff. When he tells them to look after a guest they jump but at all other times they just don't seem to care. Don't trust them to do anything for you and at the same time they aren't the most polite.
The rooms are OK but although they mention they have several TV channels. In both rooms I was in, I stayed here twice in Nov, I only managed to get 4.
If you are looking for a bit of life then stay up the road in Swakopmund where there is a wider choice of hotels.

A very colourful little hotel in the middle of Walvis Bay. Good rooms (No Internet). Clean, spacious. Freindly Staff. Small bar.
Although the hotel has a resteraunt the kitchen was closed (No Chef!!) but the management have put an extensive list of menus in the rooms so that guests can order from nearby eateries which are delivered to your room. The bill is, then, put on your tab - a great idea and it works. Hotel is about 20 minutes from airport, by taxi.
