Having stayed in many Riads around Morocco - some reasonable and some excellent, this one was undoubtedly one of the best. It is utterly beautiful and very traditional in layout. Breakfast was buffet style and there was a plentiful supply of delicious food. Sitting and having breakfast in this beautiful setting was magical.

Although the rooms are a little tired, they were quite quirky and fitted into the style of the hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - we had a lovely time in this beautiful town.

Unfortunately we only had one night at this very special venue. I could have stayed much longer The setting is really special and the feeling is space I found really calming and peaceful. I've been here during windsurf holidays with the group, so we had only one dinner in the hotel,
but it's very to have a drink after dinner in the hotel - it's very calm and cosy.
Room are clean, some has not so many windows so it's quite dark inside (Jimmy Henrix room is one of this).
Internet connection is good and stable, not in the room - in the lounge area. Breakfast was not so special - very sweet, always creeps.
It can be noisy (and be ready to wake before sunrise because of minaret), but it's normal for downtown location in Morocco.

A large Riad, more like a hotel, with great staff and a nice courtyard. Kind of a busy location, perhaps a bit noisy, but much nicer than your average less expensive hotel in this area. Good value, if great service is your style.
