My husband & I stayed here and we liked it. We got a rental car & drove from Marrakesh. We found it easy to find. And, we drove right up on the sidewalk & parked. The staff were very nice. Since we were staying 7 nights, they upgraded us to a bigger room. We only paid something like $50/night. The room had a large/king bed, a huge armoire-type dresser on one wall, end tables, w/ lamps, a few carpets. You could see the ocean from the windows. Very safe, residencial neighborhood. There were several low to the ground type couches, surrounding a round coffee table-type thing, & a TV. Bathroom w/ tub. Exceptionally clean. We ate several times from the restaurant, mostly room service, & it was good. The breakfast was great. I remember fresh squeezed orange juice, a hard boiled egg, & various "sweets." The walk to the souk/medina was maybe 20 minutes, less when you start seeing a couple of restaurants overlooking the ocean. We ate at one several times. Mmmmm... good...Ah, the tangine! After the second time, the waiter shook our hands like we were old friends! It was nice to be out of the hustle & bustle of the square. We took day trips w/ the rental car to Aljadir & the surrounding areas. I sat out by the little pool & read once. It was nice. There was one English channel that showed American movies. We didn't really watch TV. But we did watch a little Moroccan channels. It was a little chilly on some nights. No heat in the room. My husband didn't mind. And once I got into bed, I was fine. All in all, a very good experience. We would stay there again. There looked to be a lovely hotel in the square for $150/night, but we liked this hotel. We saved our $ for a rental car, plane tickets to other destinations on this trip, etc. We enjoyed ourselves.
