We stayed here on our way out of SEA. We had stayed at the Concorde on the way to Cambodia, which was fine, but decided to treat ourselves. It was lovely luxury, quiet, clean, with excellent service. If you have the money, highly recommended, with the best breakfast buffet in all of South East Asia. But if you are on a budget, the Concorde Inn was fine too.

Attached to the terminal buildings and accessed via a short walk or complimentary buggy ride - just follow the signs. Staff were marvelous, check-in was efficient, and the room was spacious, clean and quiet. The soundproofing in this hotel works well - I have a tough time with noise in hotels and I was not disturbed at all. The hotel has a range of dining options and we ate Malaysian dishes which were excellent. It's really everything you need in an airport hotel, convenience, cleanliness, efficiency and comfort. Would stay here again.

Because of a change in flight scheduling after we'd booked our return flight from Europe, our airline put us up in this hotel overnight, so it didn't cost us a cent (which is why we have left the "value" rating blank).

The first thing you notice about the the hotel is the friendliness of the staff; they are extremely customer-oriented (when we asked if there was internet available, the night manager offered the use of one of the hotel's computers (at a small fee)).

The restaurant food was plentiful, varied, fresh and delicious.

The room was large and comfortable, well-appointed with a good sized bathroom and powerful air conditioning (much appreciated in the heat of KL). A double room was not available for us, but the single beds are larger than normal, so it made no difference.

This was truly a treat, and we'd highly recommend staying here if you are stopping over in KL (don't miss out on the buggy ride between the airport terminal and the check-in counter!).

Stayed overnight at PP whilst using KL as a hub for flying. Awesome place to just relax and unwind before flying again. The hotel is getting dated but still pretty good. Room is pretty spacious, solid bed, comfortable bathroom. Like the other reviewers, good for a night or so. Great service with the buggy! Only 1 annoying thing, cant put anything in the fridge, they have like a security tape which means if you open the bar fridge u'd probably get charged. Best tip - go to KLIA via buggy and grab your drinks and snacks there!
