Pros
1. Very comfortable bed
2. Fast room service
3. Wonderful view of theme park.
4. Modern room. Love the central remote control for almost everything in the room.
5. Smooth check in and check out.
Cons
1. Room size could have been better, 2 people cannot walk without touching each other in the space between the bed and the table/desk)
2. Noisy lobby (their live singer was very poor...in singing and in dancing too. Probably the reason she was dressed too skimpily and too much makeup, to distract you from the lousy performance).
3. No wifi in room - I think this is essential nowadays. The wired internet is very expensive, and with limits to what you can use it for...e.g no torrents, and speed is just average.
4. Wouldn't hurt for reception staff to be a little more friendly after the guest has already checked in. It seems they were not 100% willing to be of assistance when we asked about surroundings, nearby facilities etc.
And this is not strong enough to be a point on it's own..insufficient signs for location of facilities (selective, some facilities are not shown).
Tip : Make sure you get the transaction slip to make sure your transaction is voided if you pay the deposit by credit/debit card. I made the mistake of trusting that it will be cancelled, and 2 months later, am still chasing them, each bank claiming it's released / not received!
Room Tip: Ask for a room with a theme park view - you will loooooove it!
