On arrival, they couldn't produce a non-smoking deluxe room with one large bed, so was given a suite room, although wouldn't know it was a suite, so imagine the regular rooms must be small. Good breakfast served in very cramped space. Room comfortable, quiet, AC a bit drafty. Overall, a good stay. Don't know if the 115 usd rate was a bargain. In this town there is an incredible amount and variety of hostelry; without exaggeration, there is a hotel (or two) on virtually every block. The appeal of the Horizon was newness factor.
