it is a nice, clean, and big resort, has many swimming pools, and a big sandy beach, and nice fancy cabanas over the beach, in addition to some bungalows ,,,it has a very nice VIP pool with cabanas, but unfortunately , u have to pay around extra 25 or 50 dollars to get an access to VIP area, even though you are a guest at the e hotel,,,,and they have a lebanese restaurant that lies right on the beach , which serves very tasty lebanese oriental food and hooka ,,,u'll definitely like it,,,and they have banqueting rooms ,,so that lots of glamorous ,nice wedding takes place there ,,,,,,,,the view is charming ,,, so that u can see closely the remnant of the old byblos city, and the surrounding green mountains,,,,the resort has many private sections and other Jacuzzi s and spa ,,,,,and it includes other oriental restaurant that offers you eastern nitelife style parties........ the resort has a hotel, called the e hotel, which is actually a building away from the beach NOT inside the resort, it is about only 2 minutes driving from the beach resort and has a sea view, so that the hotel offers you a free shuttle bus that carries you to the beach. the e hotel is small, it is only around 40 rooms only, it is very clean and comfortable, but the regular rooms are petite and simple and shouldn't be classified as 5 stars,, i would give it only 3 stars,,,,,,,,,and lots of mosquitoes existed there at that time ,,but the hotel offers you VAPE i mean mosquito killing device to solve the issue,,, the staff in the e hotel are very friendly, helpful and well dressed,,,,,,they offer u a breakfast ,,,either u take it on the beach or in the last floor inside the hotel building overlooking the mediterrianian sea ,,,which was really clean, nice and delicious with very good presentation,,,, and it takes u around 10 to 15 mins to walk to the old down town of byblos which was extremely fabulous.......so the e hotel offers you clean and comfortable rooms but it is not luxurious,,,,,,,,, and it is around 30 mins driving from the center of beirut where you can spend the most fabulous nitelife,,,,,,,, i think it is a nice resort,,,, but unfortunately the time i was there ,,it rained ,, so the resort was almost empty,,, but i think, if the weather was better ,,,we' d have enjoyed the resort more,,,,,,, so i would give the beach resort 4 stars and the hotel 3 stars only ,,,,,,,,so i would recommend any1 to visit the resort ,,,,,,especially it is about being in the old city of byblos in addition to enjoying the nice beach and sunbathing and other facilities offered there,,,,
