We stayed with my husband at the Printania on a 10-day business trip and it was very disappointing. First we were given a shabby room in a worn out isle of the hotel and it reeked of cigarette smell. The TV dated back to the 1980's !! The carpet was ugly and damaged and the same went for the wallpaper and furniture. We immediately demanded to be given a decent room, threatening to cancel our booking and go somewhere else. We were "upgraded" to the premium isle, another side of the building which was obviously refurbished to a decent standard, with an LCD TV this time. Not happy with the view (all neighboring villa dwellers could see us basically), we asked to be given a room with a much more decent view , and again the receptionist obliged. So we settled in our room after about half an hour from arriving to the hotel!!
The bathroom was spacious, the room was decent with a balcony but there was no in-room internet, no safe and no fresh drinks in the fridge. The AC functionied properly though and the best thing was the cleaning staff who were the only ones to say good morning!
Breakfast sucked: basically we were served the same thing everyday and the restaurant staff were not friendly. Rarely would we hear good morning!
The internet was only available in the lobby and it was randomly available.
The neighborhhod was barely discoverable on foot as there was no space for pedestrians.
Overall, we hated the experience and would never go back there!
