My stay was very good, I had absolutely no difficulties: the staff was very kind and helpful, the room clean, the breakfast various and fresh. The only downside? Overheated room, but this is easily mitigated by leaving the window open... I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is totally new and it is trying to become number one in whole Almaty. Personell talks english without any problems, airport transfer works, wi-fi in my room fast fast and stable. Rooms are nicely furnitured with strong air condition if needed. Location is 50 meters from crossroad of two main Almaty roads, so it is easy to get anywhere by taxi in few minutes. I stayed for around 120 EUR per night including breakfast and 500 miles per night to my Miles and More program... I will definitely stay in this hotel next time again.

Very good comfort hotel. Central located on one of the main streets (Furmanov). Very nice room with "modern" design choices (sink in the room, shower in a closet ...) however very functional. Helpful staff. Breakfast ok. Very good and not too expensive service of airport transfer. Not cheap (130 euros excluding breakfast ...), but Almaty is expensive.
Please notice that bookings through hotels.com are not including breakfast, which costs 16 euros approx.
One morning I was woken up from the noisy tractor cleaning the snow, however I think this is not the hotel's fault. They should ask the town administration to buy more modern tractors :-)

The rooms are basically done in a high rent Ikea style. The room has a nice rain shower although the closet the shower is in is a bit odd. There is allegedly WiFi but it never worked well but the wired internet was very quick. The room had a mini-fridge and oddly a printer. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and speaks decent English. The breakfast is good and the restaurant and bar offer good options as well. The location is good for most of the major areas of town and several good restaurant. The hotel is set back off the main roads so it is a quiet property. If you get a room on the backside of the hotel you will have a lovely view of the mountains out of your window.
