The location is good; on a main street and near the interesting covered shopping arcades. The lobby has a less than elegant appearance. The Hotel Restaurant is on one side of the lobby. It has the atmospere of a neighborhood casual cafe. The breakfast buffet, although there were many selections both Japanese and western, was a disappointment because of the cafeteria set-up. There was no wait staff at all as I recall. The serving dishes were not being refilled as they should have been. The room was good sized and had 2 large windows and a tiny bathroom. Everything was clean. To sum it up, it lacked the elemants of a luxury hotel although it was quite expensive.
