この度は、当ホテルをご利用頂きまして、誠に有難うございます。
当ホテルの西館は築17年です。東館は築40年と経年相応の状態です。
その分、お値段とお掃除で頑張らせて頂いております。
温泉に関しましては、地下６７０ｍから汲み上げた源泉１００％をそのままの36度でご利用頂いております。ご指摘のように36度はぬるめです。源泉の効能を生かすためですので、何卒ご了承くださいませ。
そのため、沸かし湯（41度）も完備してございます。また、女性のお風呂に関しましては、男湯から比べますと少し狭くなります。設備に関しましては、すぐのご対応は出来かねますが、今後のサービス向上のための検討課題とさせていただきます。申し訳ございません。
また、温泉に行くため1階フロアを通ることに関してですが、構造上ご不便をおかけいたしまして、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。ご対応としましては、お部屋着のガウン以外に、女性の方用に「作務衣」をご準備させて頂いております。無料にてご利用頂けますので、ご遠慮なくフロントへお申し付けくださいませ。
貴重なご意見を頂戴いたしまして本当に有難うございます。
今後のサービス向上のために参考検討させていただきます。

温泉もご満足頂けました事、大変うれしく思います。
ご存知のように、かけ流しの天然温泉（大浴場）は外来のお客様もご利用頂いております。
営業時間も長く、午後2時～翌朝9時までオールナイトでご利用可能です。
ご宿泊の皆様には、チェックイン後のご入浴、就寝前のご入浴、朝のご入浴と、何度でも無料でご利用頂けます。深夜0時から朝まで温泉の受付は無人ですので、フロントにてご対応いたします。女性の温泉は、カードキーが無いと入室できないようになってございますので、安心していつでもご利用頂けます。
朝食に関しまして、ご不便をおかけ致しました事、大変申し訳ございませんでした。
また、貴重なご意見誠に有難うございます。
お客様へのサービス向上のために検討させていただきます。
またのご利用をスタッフ一同心よりお待ちしております。

シャワーカーテンに関しましては、大変申し訳ございませんでした。
本当に恥ずかしい限りです。スタッフに指導徹底、また、お客様が安心してご利用頂けますように、今一度確認いたしました。
猛暑の中、松山市駅から当ホテルまで歩かれたとの事、ご迷惑をおかけいたしました。
徒歩で、15分はかかります・・本当に恐縮でございます。
高速バスをご利用のお客様は、「大街道」での下車がおすすめです。当ホテルまで徒歩5分です。
各種リムジンバス、市内電車乗り場も「大街道」となります。
ご不明な点がございましたら、ご遠慮なくお問い合わせくださいませ。
是非、またのご利用をスタッフ一同心よりお待ちしております。

かけ流しの天然温泉もご満足頂けました事、大変うれしく思います。
天然温泉（大浴場）は、地下６７０ｍから汲み上げた源泉１００％かけ流しの天然温泉で、良質のアルカリ性泉質です。リラックス効果、美肌効果も抜群です！
１Ｆコンビにも大変ご好評頂いております。ロビーから直接入れますので安心快適です。
立地に関しましても、繁華街（大街道）へは、徒歩3分です。お買い物、お食事と大変便利です。
またのご利用をスタッフ一同心よりお待ちしております。

立地に関しましては、大変ご好評頂いております。
隣接の駐車場は、普通車：1泊／300円、ハイルーフ車：1泊／500円と格安でご利用頂いております。
なお、車高155ｃｍ以上は軽自動車でもハイルーフ車料金となります。ご了承くださいませ。
繁華街(大街道)へは徒歩3分です。ご存知のようにお食事処は沢山ございます。
次回お越しの際には、スタッフおすすめのお食事処をご遠慮なくお尋ねくださいませ。
