We stayed for 7 nights. No one at reception spoke English so we were fortunate to have our son and Japanese girlfriend to help book in and arrange a change of pillows. The room was on the small side and could do with some drawers. We had twin beds which were large and comfortable. Everything in the room worked. The hotel is well located and we had no trouble with noise apart from what must have been a private kareoke party one night which lasted till 4a.m. The hotel is within easy reach of the shopping malls, restaurants and the trams. Overall the hotel was a bit on the run-down side and could do with a good upgrade - just felt as if the furniture was tired and well worn. Really nice reception area.
