この度はご投稿いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。おかげさまで昨年7月のオープン以来、本格的なヨーロピアンスタイルのホスピタリティあふれる理想的な場所として大変ご好評いただいております。また現在話題の東洋一から世界一へ進化した820万球の光の花で彩られたハウステンボスの街並みの夜景を時間を気にせずお楽しみいただける「光の王国」満喫プランも大変人気でございます。チェックアウト時の待ち時間につきまして大変申し訳なく思います。お客様よりいただきました貴重なお声は担当部署に伝え、今後の改善に活かしてまいります。
次回ハウステンボスへお越しの際も当館をご利用くださいますよう心よりお待ち申し上げております。

この度はご投稿頂きまして誠にありがとうございます。ご宿泊に満足をいただけたとのことで大変うれしく思います。当館にはアジア人を含む外国人スタッフ並びにバイリンガルの日本人スタッフが常駐しており、お客様の国籍、ご要望に応じてフレキシブルな対応をさせて頂いております。週末で騒がしく感じられた件につきまして申し訳なく思います。お客様より頂きましたお声は担当部署に伝え、今後の改善に活かしてまいります。
ハウステンボスでは今後も「ゴールドラッシュGP 2011」で持ち越しとなった、金塊1キロ（400万円相当）、現金100万円に加え、豪華賞品をご用意されております「ゴールドラッシュGP 2012」や過去最大級のチューリップ30万球が一斉開花する「大チューリップ祭」(3/17-4/8) が計画されております。またハウステンボスへお越しの際も当館をご利用くださいますよう、心よりお待ち申し上げております。

ウォーターフロントに位置する当館のデラックスハーバービュールームのお部屋からは雄大な大村湾とともに目の前に停泊している大人気アニメ、ワンピースのサウザンドサニー号の景色もお楽しみいただくことができます。ハウステンボスでは今後も日替わりで人気子役が登場するイベント(1/7-9)や「大チューリップ祭」などのイベントが盛りだくさんでございます。またのご利用を心よりお待ち申し上げております。

この度はご宿泊頂き、誠にありがとうございます。ご夫婦での初めての九州旅行のご宿泊先として当館をお選びいただき、大変光栄でございます。またご宿泊にもご満足いただけたとのことで大変うれしく思います。
ウォーターフロントに位置する当館の地中海レストラン、エクセルシオールからは、穏やかでどこまでも青く広がる海と高く澄み切った空が一望でき、ドイツ人総料理長が腕を振るうお食事をお楽しみいただくことができます。また、朝食後はマイナスイオンをたっぷりと浴びながら小鳥がさえずる森林の中を散策されるのもおすすめです。
ハウステンボスでは現在、820万球の光の花で街が彩られた「光の王国」が開催されており、大変ご好評いただいております。また昨年、11月25日には「白い観覧車」が誕生し、ヨーロッパの街並みに美しく溶け込んでおります。昼は街を一望でき、夜には7万球超のＬＥＤが灯り、イルミネーションに包まれた光の王国の素敵な時間をお楽しみいただけます。デザインカラーとなった「白」には、この観覧車に乗った全ての人にたくさんの「幸せ」が届きますようにとの願いが込められております。
お子様も一緒にご利用いただく日を楽しみにお待ちしております。

当館には外国人スタッフ並びにバイリンガルの日本人スタッフが常駐しており、お客様のご要望、国籍に応じて英語、日本語でのフレキシブルな対応をさせて頂いております。
現在、ハウステンボスでは2011年の夏から秋にロングラン公演を行った「劇団スイセイ・ミュージカルの５Stones ～本物の宝物～」や、ハウステンボスが所蔵する17世紀オランダ絵画の巨匠レンブラントのコレクションから、日本で唯一のレンブラントの銅版画や大型フォリオ版約80点などの複製版画を展示してある光と闇の画家、レンブラント展が行われております。
またハウステンボスへお越しの際も、当館をご利用くださいますよう、職員一同心よりお待ち申し上げております。
