A newly opened hotel with great facilities with a high cost performance. Although the size of the room was not big, the room provided all the necessities with an international standard. Breakfast served was efficient and service acceptable.

New hotel with modern facilities. Rooms are reasonably sized and extremely clean. Bathrooms are quite spacious. Hotel is a 5-10 min walk from JR Hakata City, not as convenient as Hotel Nikko or Comfort Inn. Staff are polite and welcoming. Breakfast offers a good selection. Would definitely stay here again.
A brand new hotel opend in July 2011. It is a mid range hotel with some extra amenities in addition to what many 'business hotels' have. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from Hakata station, however, the map provided on their website is a bit confusing even if you can read Japanese. The staff members including those at front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping are both efficient and friendly. I stayed in a standard double room on the fourth floor. The key card has an IC chip which is required to operate an elevator. The room was reasonably wide, and well equipped. It had a separate bathroom/shower room. A safety box as well as an air cleaner was also available for us to use. A free LAN is also provided. However, you may need to bring your cable with you as the supply at the front desk is limited. The breakfast buffet was good. The only drawback, however, was that they had exactly the same line-up of menu during my three day's stay.
