The hotel is near to the Gion station along the KuKo Line. It is also not too far away from Nakasu and Tenjin.

The hotel has a convenient store at the ground floor. There is also a onsen bath in the hotel with free ramen served at certain hours.

Overall, it really is a clean and value hotel that is conveniently located.

Stayed 3 nights and first time in Fukuoka so did'nt know where or what I was in for. One stop from JR Hakata station, the hotel is around the corner from the subway exit. Modern and tasteful interior, small rooms typical of business hotels however bathroom was typical western. Room comes with typical amenities including toiletries, fridge, hot pot, pajamas (to use when going to bath). TV only had Japanese language. A good 15 minute walk to Tenshin area or Canal City. Lots of great restaurants along the way, and a supermarket nearby. Next to the lobby is a Family Mart with all the typical convenience store products. The onsen (bath) was great, not too big, a sauna, and two hot baths (one was saltwater) the sauna has hours otherwise the bath is open 24 hours, typical Japanese style so westerners beware. Daily free ramen at 9:30 pm at restaurant on second floor. Free internet access in lobby.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, one when we arrived first night in a family room accommodating 2 adults and 2 children and our last two nights where we stayed in 2 separate double-bed rooms next to each other. I fully understand why the hotel stays so high rated in Tripadvisor all the times. Being modern and with the hot spring spa available which is very rare in city area, it is very hard to find deficiency for this hotel. It is nice to relax in the hot spa after shopping each night. The staff is nice and helpful although they speak very little English but always eager to help. The spa opens from 3pm to 10 am the next day and just next to the spa every night, the hotel offers free bowl of ramen from 9.30 p.m. The hotel situated just one station from the JR Hakata station and two stations from Tenjin Station, very convenient and accessible. From airport we paid around JPY1,500 by taxi each way. The free internet by LAN in each room is excellent. Breakfast is delicious with Japanese food and some western food. As for the difference of two rooms, the kids prefer the family room because they like to sleep on the Futon bedding on the floor but with 2 separate rooms, you have two bathrooms to use. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone - cosy, accessible, friendly, modern and make you feel like at home.

This hotel is well run, popular, modern in its fit out and represents good value for money for the business traveller. Located only one stop from the Shinkansen station, access is either a 5 min walk or a quick metro trip. There is a large hotel public japanese style bath with sauna which is excellent. Internet connection by LAN.
