Good location. Great service. New and clean rooms, but narrow as usual. I've stayed in over a dozen hotels in cities all over Japan and the service here was on par with the 5 star hotels. No communication problems and genuinely helpful staff, as was the general attitude of the Fukuoka people. I will bring my family if there is a penthouse or suite available.

I was a bit scared at first when I did reservation over internet. But, staying all 3 nights gave me real good feeling about the place too. I will definitely use this hotel all similar in other places during my next stay in Japan. Please keep me posted your offers to recommend to others.

I was there for a conference nearby, and I could not have asked for a better experience given the price I paid. The hotel is very clean and quiet, though like most non-luxury inns in Japan the room was extremely small. But if you plan to just use the hotel mostly for sleeping, then you can't ask for much more. The staff was impeccably friendly and helpful, even to someone with poor Japanese skills (usually there's someone at the desk who speaks passable English too). There's a restaurant serving breakfast, but I didn't bother, particularly since it didn't have what it had advertised, at least on the one morning I tried. The location is about as central as you can get, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of many important sites (such as the Apple Store). All in all, a highly recommended place.

This was a great hotel and an amazing value. The staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Some had excellent English and others were capable enough to help out. The hotel's breakfast was huge and fantastic every day, and the workers in the restaurant were friendly, too. The location is extremely convenient and even has some interesting and beautiful shrines and temples just a block or two away. The room was a decent size and well appointed and organized. Considering the excellent prices available, I do not know why anyone would stay elsewhere!
