I stayed here two times, one time in a single room (room # 209) and one time with a friend in a double room (#410). It is a usual business-type hotel, typical small rooms. Both rooms were non-smoking, but I could smell smoke in the bath room of room 209 (perhaps coming through the vents?).
Check-in was quick and professional, and staff members were all great. Parking is available for an extra 1500 yen, which is not too bad considering the area.
It is located in the middle of Daimyo, near Tenjin. Easy access to shopping and the trains.
Amenities are typical of this type of hotel: bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap(for the room, not the little "take home" size), razor, plastic hairbrush, a few cotton pads and cotton swabs, a toothbrush, plus a "bath ball" sponge for washing. Slippers were provided: disposable and regular, one pair each. A bag of green tea, a stick of instant coffee.
Small detail: a pen was provided with the notepad in room 209, but it was out of ink.
A small empty refrigerator is in the room, and LAN cables are provided. There are two computers on the lobby floor, which cost about 100 yen for 10 minutes.
The heating unit has three levels: low, medium and high. It was sufficient. Also, the room window is able to be opened.
There is a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel, but I did not eat there. There are several choices in the area for food.
