We stayed overnight at this hotel as part of our 7D Central Japan tour. I would say this was the best hotel throughout the trip.. Probably the nearest hotel to Kansai International Airport. We had buffet breakfast at the top floor (54F), there were many variety like japanese/korean/western. Amazing view of the whole Osaka city from the restaurant. Didn't get the enjoy the hotel's amenities as we were on a group tour, we departed 8am the next day. Overall it was a nice & comfortable stay.. my photos say it all.

We stayed in this hotel for one night as part of our Japan tour. The hotel had a nice exterior and lobby. However, the room is very worn out and downright dirty in some places. The sinks are nasty with rusts showing and the mattress are sinking and uncomfortable. There were plenty of stains on the carpet. I suggest that when staying in Japan, look for smaller and more well maintained hotels. The popular business hotels are usually the ones which looked nice from the outside, but the rooms are in poor conditions.

Just returned from a tour of Japan and stayed at this hotel the last night. Modern, quiet and clean hotel, but be careful if your room is close to the elevators and you are a light sleeper--you can hear the elevators going up and down. One of the tallest buildings in Osaka. Very close to Kansei airport and the hotel has a shuttle. Since this was included in tour package, I am unable to comment on price. Would stay here again.
