The location of this hotel is excellent, being built right over the Hon-Kawagoe railway station!
As I said in the title, the public areas, e.g. reception & restaurants are beautifully appointed, spacious and clean.
The staff cannot do enough for the guests, they are not at all pushy, but if you need assistance they wil gladly give it. Many of the staff do speak resonable English, so communications aren't too much of a problem, just need a little pointing and smiling.
The rooms are a bit tatty - not too much space, but enough. No trouser press, but the TV works. The only English speaking channel on the TV is CNN...
Amazing toilet - heated seat, built in bidet etc - wow!
Broadband service available in the bedroom, works well and at only 1050 Yen (5 GBP) per day, is good value.
