I stayed at this hotel for 2 months on business. I stayed in one of the long stay suites that had a comfortable bed, washer/dryer and a kitchen. As advertised I had a view of Mt. Fuji from my balcony that was outstanding. The train station is across the street, you can be downtown tokyo in less than an hour.
It also has an onsen in the basement which was fantastic after a 16 hour day at work.
I had one problem with a billing issue, but it somehow resolved itself...my Japanese and the hotel managers English made for an interesting conversation.
