Stayed here with a friend for a few days in late May - a great hotel with a staff that speaks English very well, and in a prime location for anyone taking the Tokaido Shinkansen - the station is about 5 minutes away from the hotel, and the hotel is very easy to find as I think it's the tallest building in the area. We were on the 39th floor or somesuch and had wonderful views of Yokohama.
The hotel is accessible through "Prince Pepe", a hilariously named shopping mall with a few conbinis and various stores inside. Great to grab a quick cheap breakfast or a beer. As all hotels in Japan should be, the hotel is also well-equipped with vending machines too.
LAN internet is available in the room; I would have preferred Wi-Fi but that doesn't appear to be the norm in Japan. I brought a wireless router with me and that worked great, as long as I used the ethernet cable they provided.
One word of advice - the top-floor bar is very nice but they do charge I think a ¥1000 cover charge we were unaware of until the bill came. Oh well.
