Stayed at the Hilton for 4 nights Mid September 2009, staff were so friendly, breakfasts were crowded and limited for western tastes but it gave us a good start to the day. We didnt eat dinner at the Hotel. Room was spacious and well appointed, we had a fantastic view over Tokyo Bay, small bathroom but we all loved the heated toilet seat !

Porters were so helpful with directions, they had English language printouts on some of the popular sites and how to get to them, anything out of the ordinary they were on the Internet and printing out directions for us.

We used this Hotel as a base to head into Tokyo which was easy ,bus to the Bayside Monorail Station, Monorail to Mahaima JR Station, buying tickets was easy, an english speaking train employee came out of the ticket booth to assist us with the best ticket, train only took 20 minutes or so into Tokyo Station and then you can transfer onto other rail lines. We had two days at Disney doing both parks . Children loved the bus that would take us to the Monorail station it was a great start to our day.

We were surprised that the Outdoor Pool at the Hotel was closed as apparently summer was over ! (It was quiet hot!!) what a shame as it looked good, the indoor pool looked a bit intimidating for three noisy children who wanted to splash about and not swim laps !

We loved this Hotel, really enjoyed our stay , Japanese are so friendly and polite and we not hesitate in returning to the Hilton.

Stayed here in a triple room with 2 sons on last night in Tokyo. Hotel was fine. It was the only hotel where my boys could actually use the pool but it cost A$50 for the privilage. Service was good, breakfast buffet was a bit over the top (too crowded) but 2 breakfasts were included in price, so that helped.

We used the internet in the lobby which was expensive at Y100 for 5 minutes - we were getting 10 minutes for the same price at other hotels. Starbucks in lobby great idea.

Paying for the monorail for disneyland/sea should be free considering how much you have to pay for the tickets into disneyland. Our "visit" to Disneyland & Disneysea was the only thing that spoilt our amazing trip to Japan. I've reviewed these places under "Things to do".

Only complaints ----that you have to pay for internet which should b e free considering the price. also there is no shuttle to Disneyland and you have to pay to go on the monorail.

Fantastic breakfast - comfortable quad room [onr of the few places where we didi not have to get 2 rooms for the 4 of us.] Enjoyed our stay

What a wonderful hotel this was! We stayed in Japan for 11 nights and this hotel was definately the highlight.

We stayed at the Hilton Tokyo bay for 3 nights in total, in one of their Happy Magic Rooms. The room was beautiful and lots of fun....very spacious.

The staff at this hotel, in particular the porters (mostly women) were absoultely fantastic. They were there to help us at all times, getting prams on and off the disney bus, or just with a smile at the beginning of a busy day.

We chose a package that included the breakfast and dinner. Dinners were excellent. One night we were actually at Disneyland and missed dinner and our voucher actually gave us the option to use it for a late supper instead (up to 11pm).

A special disney bus would pick us up outside of the hotel and drive us 1 minute away to the bayside station where you catch the monorail (in a loop) to the theme parks.

Starbucks in the foyer (how can you go wrong with that) and a convenience store (that i think was open 24hours) that sold everything (nappies, milk etc)

I really couldnt fault this hotel, my husband and I loved it and I know if ever we went back we would definately stay in the same place.

When arriving by Train from Tokyo, hop on the monorail to bayside station and then a little bus will arrive downstairs to take you 200 metres to the hotel.
