Unlike most hotels in the Toyoko Inn chain, this hotel has western style rooms and baths. You might think you are in a Holiday Inn Express in the US instead of a Toyoko Inn in Japan. By Toyoko Inn standards, the room is huge, with a sitting area, dressers, a counter area for the teapot, a closet, and a large counter area in the bath. The bed is Japanese style (very firm with buckwheat pillow) and the room lights won't operate unless the keychain is inserted in the socket near the door. The breakfast buffet is more expansive than the usual Toyoko Inn. In addition to the rice cakes and Miso soup, there is dry-cured fish, scrambled eggs, and sausages. (The sausages are like small hotdogs rather than American style breakfast sausage.) The frequency of the free airport shuttle depends on the time of day and is not offered at all mid-day. I had read in other reviews that one could pay a modest fee to have my luggage sent on to my next hotel. That was true, but I would have been required to give them my suitcase by 7pm on the night BEFORE I wanted my suitcase to be at the next hotel. That didn't help me much since I needed my suitcase with me the one night I was staying at this hotel. I ended up not using the service. If I were travelling with one big suitcase and one small one, I might use the service another time to send the big one onward and only keep the small one with me.

Great visit, like most visits to Toyoko Inn hotels, this one did not disappoint. Excellent service as usual and as I have come to expect; very clean room; great location with very convenient shuttle service to and from Narita airport. Bar on the 10th floor has 500YEN for everything - fun place and Yebisu on draft. The hotel will allow you to leave your car in their parking lot while you travel, up to a certain number of days, at no charge - part of the benefit for staying there. I will definitely stay there again prior to my next trip.

Shuttle Bus from and to hotel. Friendly English speaking staff, Free Internet in the room and lobby. Whoever wrote they do not had internet must have not seen the internet cable in front of him or her. Double room for 5500 yen... great value. Staff were very helpful in helping me find a place to eat within walking distance from the hotel. Great place to stay,

The receptionists are not well-versed in english. Hotel has shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back. Every 20 mins at least. Flight status is available at the lobby which are scrolled in 4 tv screens. Breakfast is a complimentary buffet table with not a lot of choices. Corridors are hot.

The room is spacious with a clean bathroom. Theres not a lot of english cnannels available. Razors, combs and shower caps are also available at the front desk. First 2 were displayed when I checked in.
