Very decent room with 2 double beds at a great rate of $74, including free continental breakfast.

This is an excellent hotel which is near Buffalo University and the airport. The staff was courteous, although during breakfast they seemed weary as travellers were fighting for fruits and grabbing things left and right.

The rooms looked exactly like they did in the picture - we had 2 queen size beds. Walls were a bit thin, so you can hear muffled conversations next door. AC/heater unit was new and digital. The AC/heater did turn on and off, but it didn't bother us very much.

Free breakfast was in the restaurant and selection was excellent. Cereal, oatmeal, bagels, small muffins, juice (orange, apple), tea, coffee and pancakes!! There was also fresh fruit salad and fruit (bananas, apples) to top everything off!

Our group checked in very late (around midnight), but I called the hotel ahead of time to let them know of this and we had no problems at check-in.

My wife and I had stayed in the Ramada this month. Check in went well and the loby looked nice. The room was not very up to date. Paper thin walls, we could hear the conversations of the people in the rooms next to us. The AC was old with no option for the fan to stay on, so every time the AC/ Heat unit would turn on or off it would wake me up. I also must add that I am a very heavy sleeper. The breakfast was average, not the best but not the worst I have ever seen.

If I were to do this again I would probably choose a hotel with a more cental location with more to do around.

I recently stayed at the Ramada on business. I have stayed in this hotel many times over the past few years and I can’t believe how much it’s gone downhill. I used to be welcomed with a smile and was instantly recognized now I’m lucky if I receive a hello from their new staff. The past few times I’ve been there it’s blatantly obviously the front desk staff has no idea what they are doing. When I checked into the hotel the towels in the room were wet and the room smelled of smoke. When I went back down to the front desk the “Front Desk Manager” told me there was nothing she could do as the hotel was sold out that night. I understand that these things sometimes happen but when a guest is told they are basically S.O.L it’s frustrating to say the least. This property never did have the nicest facilities but when the staff is wonderful guests tend to overlook the little imperfections. The past few experiences I’ve had have turned me away forever; I certainly won’t be returning to this property and I warn others to save their money and look elsewhere.
