Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good, clean and kept up. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning. Came in every night to make beds and change towels. Rooms a little bit small for a family of four. Overall. Great experience. Lobby was very nice, had fireplace on, Holiday music, cozy couches and chairs to sit at. Had our family come back to hotel to hang out and spend time together in the Lounge room. Will go back again.

We spent the Nov. 19th wkd. at this hotel and the service was exemplary! The front desk staff, especially Joelle was most helpful. As a former employee of Hampton Inns, she knew what we were asking for and baked some cookies for us. The 1 bedroom suite we had was spacious and clean. The fitness facility was first rate, with treadmills, elliptical, bike and free weights. If you have the opportunity to visit the Amherst Buffalo area, make reservations for Black and Blue Steak and Crab, an excellent steak and seafood restaurant.

We reserved 18 rooms for our son's wedding this fall. The hotel was fantastic with making reservations, adding more rooms, helping us with a banquet room and letting us use the lobby in the morning and at night. The complimentary breakfast meals were wonderful. The Thursday complimentary dinner was a pleasant surprise. Our rooms were spacious and worked well with the kitchens and living room area. The staff knew me by name and also knew the room numbers of all our guests when I requested help with little details. All our wedding guests could not believe the facilities and the beautiful rooms. We would highly recommend the hotel. The wedding block price was incredible.

I've stayed here before and like it, but the mattress during this stay sunk too much in the middle. And, since the bed is one of the most important aspects of a hotel, i felt like I paid way too much.
