Great location, ok rate..we walked in off the street...ok rooms..amazing beach..reasonable brekky..didn't eat there, so many choices along the street...BUT next door is a construction site! New hotel. They start bang on 7. Am an early riser so didn't effect me majorly an you can't hear it on the beach. Make sure you ask for a quieter room if you want decent kippage!

Nice, silent hotel at the small, narrow beach, away from nightlife. Cozy rooms with safeboxe, hairdriers, A/C, kettle, minibar. Swimming pool with drink bar, sourranded by sun chairs and umbrellas.
Lazy, relaxed staff (quite typical for Viet Nam),poor buffet breakfast.
Average prices.
.Finally, acceptable place for short vacation.

We stayed here for 6 nights as a large, 3 generation, family group - grandparents, siblings, spouses, teens, tots. Dynasty Resort is smaller and more intimate that some, set amongst lush gardens with a diving swimming pool. It suited us well.
We spent most of our time lazing around the pool, but don't expect drink service. The waiters are few and far between, and if you manage to nab one, very slow. We just went to the shops across the road and bought beers, mixers, etc and drank BYO. No-one seemed to care. Ditto the restaurant - don't bother eating at the resort. Skip across the road where there are heaps of cheap restaurants to choose from. You can always get a takeaway if you like. We did find room service to be OK.
The rooms were basic, but roomy and more than adequate, and kept clean.
In short, if you are after a relaxing holiday in a great location, this is for you. Don't bother if you want nightlife - try one of the resorts further down the beach. We thought it great value for money at US$45/room including buffet breakfast.

I stayed in this resort for 2 nights and I must say....SO SO....I come to Mui Ne quite often as I live in HCMC. This time I stayed a little bit off center and I choose Dynasty Beach Resort. At least that is what they say...BEACH RESORT...there is no beach...it`s a little like a big wall blocking the sea coming into the resort. And if you have beach (depending on the current) it`s dirty...The resort don`t seem to take care if it too much...U see Fishermen`s leaving everything behind they don`t need and so on....

Anyhow to rooms where quite ok...avarege equipped but clean. The pool are is pretty but quite small. However the service and the staff are not able to communicate in english properly and they seem as soon as you reach them they don`t speak any english anymore. So is the Management. I ask for the Manager sinceI wanted to chat with him a little bit about my experience in his resort but he was always busy or out of the resort...probably for coffee with someone....anyhow it seemed that this place is mostly runing without a captain...So overall....It`s a nice place...good pool...but don`t expect too much service and u better don`t have any problems or complains...
