This hotel was OK, but nothing sensational. First, the good points are that the location was really rural feeling and beautiful. We were on a small tour, so a bus took us to town so remoteness was not a problem. Our room looked out (across the street) to the river and agricultural fields, and we enjoyed the view immensely.

The plumbing was not good. The tub (or something) leaked onto the floor, which was a common problem in Vietnamese hotels in our experience. The free breakfasts were certainly good enough. We stayed here 3 nights and always got to breakfast at least 15 minutes before opening. The staff were very gracious, serving us wonderful coffee and offering food before it was time to open.

We tried to get a massage in the hotel. We went back twice, and the single person there seemed very confused and overwhelmed.

I have no idea of the room cost because it was included in our tour package. We did get reliable Wifi in our room.

We arrived and given two rooms. Both were very musty... And one showed evidence of a rodent visitor. We were given new rooms and one was an upgrade to river view and with an interconnecting door. This was great!
We allowed ourselves to be directed to their Moon River tailoring shop. It was a mistake. The clothes were crudely made and extremely I'll fitting. It looked as if a first year had made them. We asked for rectifications and promises were made, but the were never delivered on. We stood our ground and agreed to walk away from the deal.

The experience was so disappointing and it caused unnecessary stress.

I stayed two nights in January 2012. Everything was very nice. The hotel is located is a good place, and everything at the hotel worked well. I heard that one can rent bicycles for free, but I didn't try it. The computers worked well. There is a restaurant across the street that advertises "slow food." Take that literally.

It is quieter outside of town and the view is pretty, but it's inconvenient. It would be a great place to walk if there were sidewalks and fewer speeding motor bikes. Our biggest problem was our first room which had a musty smell. Everything in the bathroom leaked: toilet, sink and shower. They assured us they would fix it, but after three tries, nothing changed. We were finally moved to another room. Smell was ok, but shower/tub still leaked. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
