Noisy, the balcony door locks were broken so the room was unsecure, the packed breakfast provided was poor but worst of all was the staff attitude: rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't stay there again.

We seemed to have been lucky with our choices of hotels in Vietnam and this was another great hotel, with friendly staff and fabulous facilities. The only disappointment was that it was too cold to use the lovely pool. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were extremely helpful in showing us around and informing us on the location of places we were looking for. The hotel was in a perfect location, nice and handy to walk to everything.
The breakfast was one of the best that we encountered. It was nice to be able to eat Muesli once again!

We came to the Vinh Hung 2 hotel after a bad experience in a nearby hotel and we were so happy with the move! Our room was at the back (quieter than the front rooms, facing the road) overlooking the swimming pool and it was very nice with nicelighting. It had a really nice little balcony and the bathroom was also very clean and nice. All the members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best one that we had at a hotel in Vietnam!
We strongly recommend it!

The service was very good, this is the best hotel in Hoi an we stay after another terrible hotel near by vinh hung2, we will stay in this hotel when back to Hoi An next time.
