I Arrived in HoiAn from few days in HCM to find the hotel we had booked on line way below our expectations. We checked out immediatly and got a Taxi driver to reccomend a few places and after a short while we were taken to the Vinh Hung Riverside Resort. What a fabulous place...very close to the town centre but an oasis of calm and tranquility.Superb well trained staff and an ever present manager keeping an eye on things. Excellent buffet and afternoon market on the Riverfront Restaurant to let guests sample local produce. We will come back again.

We stayed 5 days in January. End of wet season, not much rain, we didnt mind great place to stay and chill. Rooms lovely spacious. Loved the thongs in room so I bought them, still wearing them. Staff Remy a charmer and always helpful. Breakfast lovely, lots of choice. Resort staff great, will recommend to friends, as others recommended to us. We were not disappointed. Location Location Location, near Japanese Bridge, Tailors 'BLUE' Boots at 09, Teenagers shoes 'Everybody's fashion 'VANS' $25 usd - thanks to Morning Glory Cooking school, loved the market & cooking. Desserts go to 'Cargo' girls loved it. Bought cook book just bought banana leaves today... lets start cooking. Food 'STREETS' a must support kids, great food. Night stalls, lanterns at night colourful, our best place on our 21 day holiday.

We stayed here for 10 days over Christmas and New Year and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Vinh Hung resort. Our room was huge and spotless, with excellent daily cleaning service, the food was great and the staff couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and at home. We were sad to leave! I would wholeheartedly recommend the resort.

there was 9 people in total which included 2 seven year boys..to start with the rooms were very good the staff were very nice and well trained in their jobs-the food at breakfast i would only rate as 6 to 7 out of ten..the location of the resort is perfect..amenaties very good..New years eve party was free for the guests that is food and entertainment..you paid for your own drinks at a reasonable price..there is a free boat shutle to the old town markets although the distance is very short to the old town.
