I cannot say enough about this little gem in Hoi An. This is one of those rare hotels that pays such close attention to details and guests' experiences that it feels like a five star hotel. The staff is incredible - friendly, helpful, and they speak excellent English. We loved all of the little touches we found - cookies and fruit every day in the room, a fantastic breakfast with everything you could want, free bicycles and wifi, a computer and printer for guests to use, a computer hooked up to the tv in the room, flowers everywhere...the food in the restaurant is great and reasonably priced, and they will make anything you want.

Truly a gem worth every penny, we will definitely return.

This hotel offers fantastic value, great service, is in a good location and has a delicious buffet breakfast.

We stayed in a standard non garden view room and although the room was a tad on the small side it was still lovely and so was the bathroom The room was field with lots of amentities and little surprises such as flowers and oreo biscuits.

This is a great hotel and I would definitely reccomend to other.

Overall a very good hotel.

-Very good service from the moment we arrived.
-Location is good, at one end of the town, but Hoi An is small enough that most places are easily accesible.
-Free bike hire, more fun than walking
-Food was probably amongst the best I had in Vietnam.
-Rooms are clean and have all the gadgets you should require, but are a touch on the small side.

Ha An Hotel was lovely. We were met at Da Nang airport by two mini SUVs (two passengers per car) and immediately given warm towels and a bottle of water to refresh us on the ride to Hoi An. Upon arrival we were swiftly brought into breakfast and given the opportunity to eat while our rooms were being prepared. The rooms were very nice, clean and decorated with flowers for our arrival. The hotel itself was very close to the centre of town (a straight shot down from the outdoor market) and the staff was very polite and helpful.

The only negatives were that the staff recommendations for food, etc. seemed geared towards the less adventurous Western tourist, but we quickly learned our lesson. Also, the spa was underwhelming and a bit overpriced.

Overall, it was a lovely hotel and I would definitely recommend it.
