this hotel was really nice & friendly especially the lady at reception who was a lovely bubbly person a;ways smiling and so helpful. A;though the hotel is old it is kept very clean and is comfortable.

We stay here 2 nights here on the 3rd floor. Our room is good, with balcony overlooking the garden and the pool. the staff were friendly, breakfast was good. It is old hotel so the room furnitures are normail, small bath room. wifi was not good. But compare with the price 25US$ it is ok.

I stayed here with my family for 9 days from the 26th of July 2011. I booked this while I was in Vietnam without checking this site. Afterwards I read the bad reviews and was slightly worried! When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised!

This was actually better than the standard that I expected a 2 star hotel to be! The location is excellent and right in the old town centre (5 minutes walk). It is only about 60000 VND to the beautiful Cu Dai Beach (5KM).

Although the building is a little dated, it is still very nice and kept clean by hard working staff. Any encounter with the staff was pleasant, from the owner to the cleaners! The reception staff were excellent at speaking english and were very helpful with advice.

The rooms that we stayed in were spacious and the beds were comfortable. They were cleaned on a daily basis. The swimming pool is excellent and very clean. It has steps to aid entry and has a shallow end for children.

I fully recommend this hotel to you! I am a professional person who is well travelled around the globe! I have also stayed at expensive hotels and know the difference in each grade. I suggest that all the bad reviews here are from inexperienced travellers who have expected much more than 2 stars! Maybe these people are used to the normal spanish package holiday in which they are lifted and laid! This is Vietnam!

Stayed at the hotel with a group of friends. When the group left I wanted to stay one more week and made the reservation. The day before christmas eve I was all of a sudden told my room was no longer available. I had to get really upset before they even tried to help me to find another room. The ladies at the helpdesk were nice but the young men terribly rude. They basicly told me it was not their problem.
