Although the hotel has all the facilities you would expect at a four star, the service left a lot to be desired. Reception staff were not friendly or helpful which is not typical of the other hotels we have stayed in during our travels around Vietnam. Our room was at the rear of the hotel overlooking the local school so it was very noisy early in the morning and during the afternoon. I would suggest booking a room overlooking the pool if you have the opportunity. On the positive side, the hotel was very conveniently located and just a short stroll to the local market and to cafes and restaurants.

I booked a garden view room with wifi via Booking.com. When I arrived I was given a room at the back which overlooked a small road with motorcycle traffic and no wifi. I protested and was assigned the kind of room I had booked but with a faulty room safe. Once a new safe had been installed everything was fine. This room was spacious and the wifi frequently worked. The wifi in the main reception was reliable. The hotel pick up from Danang airport was efficient and reasonably priced. Breakfast was superb and the location is perfect. (

(During my stay 21 - 25 January, the weather was usually overcast. Can't blame the hotel for that).

If the basic purpose of a hotel is a night's sleep, then this one fails miserably. It's a great location just at the top of the town, but it's a dreadful location surrounded by dogs that bark all night. Wouldn't be a problem if they had double glazing.

Shame because it ticked most of the boxes and would qualify as a boutique hotel but I would avoid unless you are a really deep sleeper

Really lovely hotel, more than i expected. Modern clean and in a great location, only few minutes walk from the old town. Had a lovely junior suite. Breakfast was very good.
