I don't know from where i'll start ..................but when i arrived in hotel i've to wait for long for the check-in, then there were no amenities in the room and when i ordered they told that it's chargeable...........in front of the door of my room the mattresses were lying down which was lookin pathetic................. and this is not my 1st stay in this hotel this was my 3rd stay and in first two stays i was having issues with the room service and that time Duty Manager specifically told me that it will not happen in my next stay............... but the situation was worst then previous stay............the room service don't have the stock in their store which we ordered...............and if u have the wifi in the entire hotel it should work i was waiting for the whole night that wifi will work but it was not working at all............in the end it was a pathetic stay of mine in my entire life as i'm from Hotel Industry so i know what are the standards........and when i told them ask your Duty Manager to call me, they even ignore that and I didn't recieve any call from Duty Manager............this kind of management they are having............No body gets back to me after this as well when i kept a note in an envelop for GM of the hotel as well.
