because the service level was to low. All where very friendly but the quality og what staff was doing was low. Minibar was not filled, Internet not working, towls were missing, food menu the same as last time.It seems that the hotel is in need for a big brush up.

I recommend visitor to Dubai looking for quite and value for money stay to stay here. It,s location is difficult to reach but parking available free of charge. The room is specious with coffee facilities in room. The bed is comfortable. In addition, the breakfast is very good.

Booked this hotel last minute for an overnight layover and it served its purpose. Room was spacious and clean. Service was professional but not beyond the average for most hotels.

Bathroom didn't have as many amenities as expected. The one small bottle of shampoo had obviously been refilled and the refill drip wasn't cleaned away. There's a kettle for tea and coffee but no bottled water.

Location was fine. Everyone takes taxis everywhere anyway as it's just too hot. Included breakfast buffet was ok with western and middle eastern choices - the middle eastern choices were better. The bacon and eggs just didn't look fresh or appetising.

Unlike other Holiday Inns, wifi is not included. If you wanted to use it, it was an extortionate 80 Dhs for 24 hours use.

Stayed for one night and it was fine, but don't think I would book this hotel again.

I had been there before and I came again for two nights. The location is good - only 15 min from Dubai Airport. They do respect a Platinium / Ambassador status and I got a great upgrade to a suite. The room was big and clean, and had a nice view. A few things did not work, but that was fixed fast. Overall good service and for the price it was amazing! Valet parking, free internet, good location if your business is not at the other end of Dubai.
