My father and I stayed at Pangulf end of November 2007. We booked through Orbitz based on price and hadnt even paid attention to the "apartments & suites" part of the name. What a surprise!! We were expecting a room with 2 beds. What we got was an apartment bigger than the one I used to live in!

Admittedly, the first room they put us in needed to have a bit of work done on it, but when we mentioned it upon heading out that first night, they told us that they would move our luggage to another room by the time we returned. They moved us to one of their suites!

ALL of the staff was extremely friendly and curteous. It really makes your day when you go down to the cafe in the morning and are greeted by everyone with a big smile!

By the time we checked out 5 days later, we felt like family!

It's a bit far from Dubai what with traffic, but I would definately stay there again. The smiles make up for the distance!!

I stayed in this hotel eight days Dec 26-Jan 3. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel apartment, the people are very nice and friendly, the service is excellent. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, many supermarkets around to buy any thing you need, and restaurants around make free delivery to your room. Three malls close by, and khaled's lake a walking distance, it is really perfect for families.
