Good sized suites. A spacious double bedroom, open plan living room and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and a second separate WC. Clean and tidy although I like a spotless bathroom so this could be improved upon. Quiet and suitable for business or restful stay but not suitable for those wanting a busy night life or romantic get away.
Breakfast was a typical buffet with a nice pastry secetion but the cooked breakfast left little to be desired.
Be aware that Sharjah is a dry state - no Alcohol. Also it is expected that you will dress respectfully whilst out there. That means shoulders and knees covered and no low cut tops. We saw three Polish women receive some unpleasnt stares from drivers by outside the hotel as they were wearing strappy dresses, shorts and low cut tops. They did not realise right away but I am sure that this would have been brought to their attention whilst walking around the city. The local people however are very friendly if you are respectful of their culture and are always keen to practice their English.
Also be aware that traffic between Sharjah and Dubai is particularly bad during the morning and evening rush hours so try to avoid these times if at all possible. Either get up early or have a long lie in.
