The hotel recommended a travel company for a trip to a remote tourist attraction. The trip was great, but when the van returned to Trabzon, my wife and I were informed we would have to wait up to one hour to return to the hotel. We took a taxi instead, at a cost of almost $20. I would suggest the hotel nor its guests no longer do business with that tour company.

We have stayed at the 5 star flagship hotel (not to be named) in Trabzon, but then we found this unpretentious jewel right on the Black Sea coast. It is very modern and comfortable, with tennis courts and beach entry. It is very convient to reach - just off the main road to the east of Trabzon - and much less expensive that the other 'name brands.' If you want to relax in comfort, this is the place. And, oh yes, there is a brand new department store mall next door!

The Staff at the receoption in Novotel Trabzon are really bad and totally not customer oriented.
They have very very bad attitude and do not try to help the customer
Management should change most of them.
The hotel location is nice on the sea the furniuture is not bad but reception staff is a total disaster

i have been in this hotel 2 times in last 1 year, it is always my first choice when i go to trabzon, first aff all it is so clean, really nice rooms, very good breakfast, it is by the side and have a beach but also inside pool, spa...next door is new outlet shopping center, so close to airport but 5-7 km far from the city center, there is internet in the rooms and it is so fast but it isnt wireless, wih cable, so if you are stayed in the room 2 person and each of you want to use internet then it is little problem but they told us that they are working for wireless, one thing i hate is that elevators doesnt work without room card, it is for guest securty but still i hate it...i can defenetly stay there again and again...
