we have been to this hotel for fours yrs now an already planning to go back next year,,like a second home to us, we love the staff,,they work hard an always smiling,,the food is nice but after second week,,we ate out more,,but so many nice places,, an cheap,,the hotel an rooms are clean,,beach right on doorstep,,and so is shops an bars..if you have any problems,,which im sure you wont,,then go an see the lovley aksana,at the front desk,,she the best to help you,,,and if you want days out,,go an see april next door,,he good an cheap,,turtle island an jeep safarie,,are best days out,,now all you have to do now is enjoy your holiday,,,

When I booked the honeymoon (which like all good grooms, I did alone!), I said there were 3 pre requesits the holiday must have; warm weather, an all inclusive deal & easy access for me to get around. I chose this hotel, as being a wheelchair user I needed a hotel with a lift & not many in Marmaris have, which I thought was a little odd! When we arrived we were shown to our room & helped with our cases. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at the hotel, they are all superb, we have been back home 3 weeks & already booked to go again next year. The food was plentiful, varied & all looked very appetising, even though we didnt try everything, those things we did were superb! The drinks were non stop too, and there was a good choice of inclusive drinks, including cocktails. Trust me, the bad reports on this venue should be disregarded, the hotel & staff are superb. As soon as service was complete for breakfast, lunch & dinner, we noticed an small army of people hurredly cleaning & preparing for the next service, the same went for the room service staff too; whenever you ask for your room to be cleaned, it was done within a couple of hours. The staff clean your room each day, but only replace the towells twice a week, more often if you wish, but to save energy twice is the norm, which was fine by us. The only thing we would have liked was a kettle and tea making facilities in our room. Towards the end of the season, there are "power out" days where the main power is off 09:00-17:00 and as a result the hotel runs on a generator. The hotel staff were excellent at keeping us informed if the lift was not going to be working & on the day it did break down, they had it fixed within an hour. Great stuff!! Cant speak highly enough of the hotel. A word of advice though, to anyone not wanting to be put in the annexe (see another review), you wont get a sea view or partial sea view room unless you request one (and even then its not guaranteed), but if you pay for a sea view room (£112 for 2 people for 2 weeks) you should get it. partial sea view rooms they will allocate to you if they can. Other things we loved about the hotel are the fact it was beach front & thanks to some wooden tiles I could get my wheelchair down to the sea & go swimming, bliss!!! Book here!! You wont be disappointed.

I went to Marmaris for a holiday in August of this year with my mum, her friend and her daughter and to be honest reading the reviews before we went I wasnt looking forward to it at all.

But, I was so wrong! It is such a lively place with so much to do and in my opinion Nergis Beach is in the perfect location for bars, shops, restaurants and the beach.When we frst got there our room key didnt work but the staff were so helpfull and quick to get it sorted, they even took our stuff and let us go get something to eat while they sorted it. All round friendly staff including famous Ozzie the barman! The food i found was pretty basic but it suited me so I arent complaining Im not a fussy eater, one morning we did go out and buy a full english but it was only around 4TL each so very cheap! Food is served virtually all day so you cant go hungry at all, not to mention ice cream tuesdays and thursdays, yum!

We enjoyed every minute of this holiday and have already booked to go again, in the same hotel next August we loved it that much! Dont listen to the bad reviews it is definitely worth going and seeing what its like, im sure you'll enjoy it as much as I did.

book my holiday jan 2011 payed over a £1000.00 pound to saty at club nergis .when got there we was put in the annex this part of the hotel is at the front of club nergis and is,nt showen in thomson brochure or on the net .when got there was put in a roon in the annex room was dirty and mould in my shower ,lights on the staires to my room most did,nt work and stains on the carpit to my room .food was not fit to eat same ever breakfast dinner and tea ,(chips for breakfast) could,nt eat the food in the hotel ended up eating out all week .never realy seen anyone cleaning around the pool in the day .may once or twice in the whole week we was there.the only good thing about my holiday was ozzie the bar man at the main pool bar .would,nt saty at this hotel agine ever .have wrote to thomson and still on going to me thomson sold me this holiday with false advertiement .
