I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now just because its great, the food is really nice with plenty of very helpfull waiters, breakfast is great the chef is ready to cook your eggs etc just as you like them!!. The staff from cleaners to management are brilliant and faultelss!! The hotel is in a great location just a few minutes walk to the beach and the long beach sidewalk which is lined with bars restaurants and plenty of entertainment. Would i reccommend this hotel YES DEFFINATELY you cant go wrong honest it has everything you need with a brilliant location!!
Ps just read that the rating of this property is 288 out of 312 please please please take no notice of this particular rating as its deffinately not correct!! if it was there is no way i would have contemplated staying there. From Amanda In Derby UK

we travelled to mamaris last year on a girls holiday i must say we had a great holiday the staff were friendly and helpful they could not do enough for us.nicola who worked in the hotel was brilliant and told us of all the places that we could visit in mamaris. the hotel was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming unlike some other hotels i have stayed in, the food was good but it was cheap enough to eat out if you wanted.
we had the most fantastic time in the blue bays and the staff's hospitality made our holiday will be going back very soon. thank you bluebays for a fabulous holiday !!!!

we arrived at the hotel late at night and was greeted by friendly reception staff, we handed over our hotel booking iteniary which had the number of people on the booking. but on the hotel's computer system it was one person less. the hotel staff were very apologetic regarding this issue and said for that night would it be ok to put one of our party up on a put you up bed until it was sorted in the morning. we had no problem with this and were taken to our rooms by a porter.
the next morning we went down to reception and was seen by nicola who i must say was very professional in dealing with people, she explained to us that the rooms were overbooked and would we mind transfering to the sister hotel and we could have a wristband to make use of both facilities in the hotel and chose our rooms. we agreed to this and went to the other hotel it is not a plush but as nicola explained to us that it is down for a complete revamp in 2012.
we looked at several rooms and we all eventually opted for one bedroom apartments which were spacious for us all we had two balconys in our apartment overlooking the third pool and which appears to be much quieter than the other pool areas. we found both hotels staff pleasant in manner. we did have a problem one night with drunken people down the corridor arguing and there child crying which went on for a long time. we reported it in the morning as other hotel guests were complaining and i must say nicola rectified the matter and neither us or the other hotel guest had no more problems. the food is ok but very repetitive but it cheap enough to eat out.
we never stayed in the hotel for the entertainment so we can.t pass comment on that. the hotel is central to the shops and the beach which is just what we wanted
ladies make use of the hairdressers in the hotel it cheap and the staff are good, we really had a lovely time at the blue bays hotel and we will all be going back without a doubt as a good time was had by us all !!!!!
