ignore the bad reviews !!

ive been to turkey for many years now and to greece, and this was my best holiday to date !!!

the staff are so friendly ... they went out of their way to be polite to do actiities with us and my children

they kept us entertained throughout day and night with just few hours sleep !!

they was always lovely people and very happy

i didnt see any guest have any problems there

ive been many of hotels and sat around the pool with no entertainment and i was shocked how much effort the team put in at this hotel...

the kids club were fantastic my daughter was so sad to leave

totally safe and trustworthy staff thats the hotel and kids club

when we came we even found we had hotel security !!!! keeping us safe.

the area is great shops reastuaraunts and beach just minutes walk plus mcds.

the food at the hotel is fantastic i loved the food the chef wud even make me food to order like a sunday roast mid week !!

i cannot praise this hotel enough

thankyou so much for the best holiday we have been on, giving my children a perfect holiday experience, for being such down to earth people which reflects in your work...your entertainment is brilliant especially the turkish nights and the belly dancer is amazing wish i cud move my body like her.
defo keep the same staff next year wudnt be the same without them

also they play games like bingo ... open the box game highly recomend both i became addicted it was fab !!

all in all i didnt even feel the need to leave the hotel day or night it was that good. we did leave tos hop and a oat trip but all in all u have everything u need right there in the hotel. great staf food and enteratinent...

trust me you certainly wud not be disapointed

cleaners came my room every day i think i seen er she was very kind and did lovely shapes with towels even when my baby made a mess with chocolate i got extra bedding from staff when cleaner wasnt their

you could speak to staff at any time and they wud solve any worries there and then

hotel is spotless no food posiening or tummy bugs suffered by any 1.

area is friendly no crime while we was their either
not too much noise the have a down stairs bar so they dont inturupt young families. they also dont allow beds to be takene arly morning with towels if left 1 hour they get removed so no problems :)

i think its a great idea this hotel is all inclusive next year cos with the food u get its saving you money on food ad drink while ur their if u were self actering and the food is gorgeous u wont be disapointed and im very very fusy

I went in April with my children and a friend. We all had a fantastic time and felt that I need to go back there when it is hotter as it was the start of season. Would reccomemend it to anybody. I am returning in August 2012 with my children they are also looking forward to going. Staff were very entertaining especially Fifi, Nemo, Verdat, Murat and the rest of the crew. I am hoping to see the same faces next August.

My partner and i went to this hotel because we were recommended on a holiday web site.
the saff on arrival were unhelpfull, so we thought we would wait till the morning to see what response we would get, a little better but if it was not for the rep michelle we would have found out bugger all.
as for the rest of the staff around the pool they were useless and arrogant.

Just come back from a fortnight here, think I could have been there the same time as Chanelle as my experience was pretty much the same.
Hotel was nice & clean & room was very spacious & very secure locks on all door,only fault with room was we had a 2 bed apartment for 6 of us but on apartment was only set up for 4! only 4 chairs etc & very little utensils, also the most uncomfortable beds ever! dont think our backs will ever be same again.
Staff were lovely & entertainment team were great with the kids but the whole place lacked entertainment had bingo that lasted 5 minutes that you had to pay for at night & a half hour for the kids & water volleyball or darts in afternoon. alot of the staff had started to go home by the 2nd week too.
hotel manager did have a large number of his friends over for dinner on 2 occasions & entertainment was put on for them which was very annoying as all the paying guests had to sit outside that night!
kids club was great kids really enjoyed it but there was alot of sessions you had to pay extra for which could become expensive with more than 1 child.
swimming pool was freezing!! kids wouldnt go anywhere near it which was a real shame.
overall not a bad holiday & I would probably give the hotel another go but id go in peak season.
