hotel filthy.no clean towels or sheets, rude and abusive staff, no working fridge,air con was a joke at the cost of £25 per room when it hardly ever worked,one member of staff was so rude and abusive to our disabled daughter,swearing at her and calling her names,my husband actualy threatened him,from then on we were ignored,it spoilt the holiday for her,our other daughter who at only fourteen was constantly recieving sugestive notes from another member of staff,if you complain they all turn on you,we didnt book this out of choice, our orginal holiday with goldtrail went bust and we had two days notice, and could only go on the dates we had previosly booked,we go to marmaras everyear,we wont let this put us of,but holidaymakers bewear,do not go to the golden moon,it will be a holiday from hell,

Distgusting/dirty smelly Golden Moon. Bed sheets stained, bed linen towels were never changed. fridge never worked. dirty smelly drains in apartment, was infested with cochroaches and spiders. holiday from hell. Staff fell out with us on twelve day as we made a complaint about fridge towels etc.wouldnt serve us at bar. Boys as young as 12 were working 14 hour shifts for 15 Lira a day.

The hotel itself is really basic the rooms aint the best but the staff are fantasic we have jst returned today from a week in the golden moon at first i was ready to move hotels or get a flight home but as the week came on we ended up having a brilliant time the staff and the people who stayed at the hotel made our holiday and i would go back!

We knew that our stay at the Golden Moon would be cheap and cheerful but dodn't quite expact what we were greeted with.

The hotel staff didn't know who we were when we arrived so shoved us into a room. The shower was often cold, the music ran on until so late that it was like trying to sleep in the middle of a nightclub.

Days after our arrival, we were told that our booking had been cancelled and we had to pay again. We called our British agency to find that this was not the case. We were often heckled to eat and drink at the hotel.

The towels were not changed all week, the toilet roll was not replaced and the sheets were not changed all week.

Although it was a roof over our head, I would not reccomend the hotel.
