well they just can't do enough to help during your stay - you have heard of "NO PROBLEM" WELL THIS IS VERY MUCH THE CASE.. We were there in June & had a brilliant time. Hotel excellent with beach just in front of hotel. Situation great as you can take an evening stroll 30-40mins to Marmaris or 30-40mins to Izmeler along the coastal path.Would recommend this hotel & will be returning every year....:-)

Myself, husband & our 2 boys aged 6 & 3 & our friends with 2 girls aged 15 & 9 came back from this hotel a few days ago. The hotel needs to be updated, its very tired. As we were on hol with our kids it was really disappointing as they weren't catered for at all, this is not a child friendly hotel. The room was ok a little small but manageable. Some of the staff were great but there were quite a few who weren't. The food was good the 1st week but as we stayed for 2 wks it got very boring & repetitive & at the end of the 2nd week we were eating out. Its in a lovely spot with beautiful views of the sea. Usually my kids spend every hour of the day in the pool but the pool was so cold that they managed about an hour a day & I was waiting when they came out with towels to wrap them up in. Their were alot of german & dutch guests which was hard going as they were very rude, if you intend to go to turkey go somewhere else!!

september 2011. This is the seventh time to Turkey and the first time i have been a little disappointed . The hotel is in a great location on the beach half way between Marmaris & Icmeler . Our room was ok with great views over the pool & sea .This place is 3 star at best but i was not worried about the basic decor .Most of the staff were polite and helpful especially the guy who looked after the beds on the beach.There was one exception an older man behind the bar who was grumpy and rude . i have been to many all inclusive hotels all having much better food than was served here . It was basic at best and after a few days we started eating out . The bar area by the pool was overlooking the beach and was shaded by the trees which i liked as it was very hot during the day .Drinks had to be paid for after 11pm which we knew about when we booked but as soon as 11pm came they tried to shut the bar as fast as they could .there was no music or entertainment at all not even a bit of background music. Most of the other guests were elderly and this hotel is set up for them . Nearly all the people we chatted with were unhappy with the lack of night life. Would i go back ?? perhaps when i'm over 70 .

We booked here through First Choice/Thompson as it had '4 T's' on the Thompson rating system. Overall felt it was being oversold, it's a pleasant 3 star resort hotel but nothing more. Too expensive wih Thompson.
