Staff very unfriendly drinks stop at 11 and then charged a fortune. No kettle in room and charged for tea before you go to bed. On day your leaving need to be out room for 12 and then charged £30 per person if you want to keep the room on. Entertainment only on for 30 mins every 2nd night. No ice-cream for kids and only aloud 1 drink at a time. Last day of holiday stomach cramps a and would say it was down to the food would not go here if it was free

First time in turkey and after the experience of this hotel would not go back. The staff where inpolite and not friendly unless you where a single girl. the food was repetitive and a limited choice. the rooms where not cleaned to a great standard and in 1 week the only changed the bed linen once because we had to kick up a fuss for them to do it.. any extra you wanted you had to pay throught the nose for.all in all this is one hotel i would not recomend to anyone even a stray dog.my advice to the manager is close down and open as a homeless hostel because your standards are about the level.

Sorry about the mine written english but i m not english.
Me and my girlfriend we ve just come back today from marmaris and we staied in this fake 4 stars hotel!I m not a person that generally complains but there are limits sometimes.
The our holiday started in this hotel in saturday morning.Arrived in the room after the check in at the reception we couldn t breath.It was so smelly of cigarettes and cold.in few days later i needed to ask to a cleaner to get a clean duvet cause nobody had changed it!
The food was all right,sometimes really good but with not a big choice.But the worst part of the my review is about the staff.I have to tell that nobody has been so nice with us.Nobody except a couple of guys spoke a decent english,they were quite rude unpolite and not friendly,especially the guys at the bar.Is not nice at all going to the the bar and hear "WHAT YOU WANT!!??" from the barman especially in that way.
So,i wouldn t recommend this hotel to anybody and I prsonally consider it maybe a 2 stars hotel!

just spent a week there,food was fine apart from the breakfast which we already knew about,you can get as many drinks as you want in the daytime but on a nightime around 9 when i was going to the bar i was told to sit down and wait for the waiter to serve us.as they were busy you had to wait, and if you had half a drink they would nt give you another till that one was finished,if you wanted a drink at 10-50 the waiters suddenly went deaf.we approached the manager and was told why do you want another drink when you have a half one in front of you?the waiters were watching a show one night and i still could nt get served at the bar.be warned,all inclusive does nt mean unlimited drinks on an evening at this hotel.overall the hotel was fine but the management need to addrress the drinks package on a night time
