Two of us, my wife and I, have stayed at this hotel for a few days each year for the last nine years. Room size has never been an issue. The location is good, close to the beach. The breakfast buffet is varied, good quality and pleasant. The staff are exceptionally friendly even for Turks. Turks are notorious for their great hospitality and the staff at Anemon are better than that.

This hotel is rather run down, the room had an unpleasant smell, was small and cramped. We had to wait until 4pm to check in, bonus was less time in the gross room. Staff were unhelpful, maybe because they do not or pretend they don't understand English? Breakfast unorganized and well not appetizing. Quite expensive, do not waste your money!

We stayed at this hotel last week, and I would recommen dv it to all my friends. The breakfasts were good, hospitality was good, and conveniently located near the the bars and restaurants. Half an hr walk to the main pier marine area also.
We complained about one thing to the waiter about a pizza we had for lunch, and they went out of their way to decorate our bed that evening with flowers, and leaving us with fresh fruit and wine in our room. Exceptional service for a 4 star hotel.the only bad thing I can say is, on our 2nd last evening at about 5 am we woke up to very very loud customers checking in. first of all if you allow 5am checkin then you need to ensure your customers are considerate of others as normal people sleep at that time! We even called reception to advise them and they did nothing about it as the noise continued for another ten mins after we complained. If the customers are too sellfish then they need to be told.

Despite the room being a bit on the small side (possibly because i was alone, and room was in the attic), the room had everything; safe, slippers etc and the range of toiletries was unbelievable. They really do supply everything. Apart from the usual soaps, shampoos, bath gels, there was also a toothbrush kit (brush & paste) and a shaving kit-brilliant! The breakfast was superb, with a good range of hot and cold dishes, predominantly in the Turkish style. However, a very nice touch, and one i've never seen before, was the honey. Not your usual small pre-packed container, nor even a jar, but a complete fresh honeycomb slotted onto a wooden stand-how much fresher can you get? The breakfast room is at the side of the pool, with tables arranged even along the side of the pool. The pool itself is very comfortable. Decent size, laid-back, and with a nice little bar.The hotel is pretty centrally located (imho), being approx 200 yds from the beach and a comfortable 10-15 min walk along the prom to the marina. The only real downside is the fact that its position on the main road means that you don't get a sea view. But then it would probably get 5* and cost a whole lot more.
