This hotel is run by mother, father and two sons, their enthusiasm was great, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely family, other staff gave a very good service. Hospitality and service very good. Food that we were given at breakfast (turkish) english breakfast was extra. The main meals served were of very good quality and value lunch and evening time, but not many people feed at the evening time because we feel they let themselves down by not advertising more whilst the customers were around the pool, loss of revenue. The main problem was the accommodation, although basic, air-con extra 78TLR for the week, no hair drier, mattresses hard and uncomfortable, it needed a little more finese decor wise, wardrobe ans drawers limited. There is a lot more potential and has the capabilty of beling a very good hotel. Other good feature fairly central and a 5/10 min walk to a sandy beach. 2 to 21/2 hrs transfer. from Dalaman Airport. New road being built the Dalyan driver in quite the Sterlin Moss, homeward a better experience.
