hotel was basic, staff were ok, came near us a few times even though we were there for 2 weeks. when we first arrived we were absolutley exhausted we had been travelling for 2 days, we had to fly to glasgow from belfast before flying to dalaman, and we had to carry 25 kilo suitcases up 2 flights of stairs because the 2 guys that greeted us werent (SLAVES). we tried being nice to the staff we gave them a litre of malibu between them because we didnt want it they barely even said thank you. the manager used to shout at us when we were coming in because apparently we were to loud, he never smiles and makes you feel really intimidated only time he came near us was to pay r tab. the cleaners were really lovely and done everything to help us. our room was very very very basic! the balcony door wouldn't close toilet always broke and air conditioning didnt work for 3 days! because they never gave us a remote! how STUPID! we never had a sunbed around the pool because they dont have enough for the many rooms they have in the hotel! one day we stayed in the hotel to get some food, they made us feel really embarrassed and watched us while we chose what we wanted and stood and laughed at us and spoke in turkish. good thing about the hotel was that it was close to the beach and shops :) but your NOT allowed to bring anything in from outside.

my husband and i went for a week (15th Sept to 23rd sept) to this hotel, it was basic but was very clean and friendly, plenty of hot water and comfy beds, paid £28 for air con for the week and £10 to keeep the room on for the day as we wernt flying till late. breakfast was fine, eggs, cheese, bread, tea coffee etc, but we had breakfast out most dats as it was approx £1.20 for a full English !! went on lots of trips as they are really cheap and can defo advise to visit The Great Corner Steak House. Weather was great approx 38 degrees every day, we did get a thunder storm for a couple of hours on 2 afternoons but that was it, a great holiday !! Hotel close to everything and would go back again

This hotel was an excellent choice, very clean and reasonable. Food was excellent and staff were very accomodating and friendly, meade our holiday!! Alex, Salim and the manager could'nt have been any nicer. Extremley friendly pool made alot of good friends and will defo be back. really close to the beach and pubs and if you need any advice the staff are always on hand. nothing is too much trouble.

me and my friend booked this hotel last minute, didnt know what to expect thinking it was only a two star hotel......hotel is absolutely brilliant, staff were amazing especially alex, salem and manager, so friendly and would do anything for you! hotel is smaller than what i would normally go to but spotless clean, food amazing and great entertainment around the pool all day....def recommend this hotel to anybody friends, couples or families! hotel is only 5mins away from beach, shops and bars and all your nightlife........bar street is a taxi away but in all honesty we preferred long beach which has all the entertainment you need! def would return back to this hotel and just want to say a big thank you to alex and salem for making our last min holiday brilliant!
