Just fantastic, everything I was hoping for. A location and view that can't be beat -- including nature, privacy and delicious food. Get a good map before you make the trek. We had a wonderous winter stay.

“The best just got better!”

Just back from our third visit to Yedi in four year and once again we were blown away by the sheer beauty of the surroundings, the food, and Leon and Semra's hospitality. The property has been totally revamped to create 8 fantastic suites and in addition, any criticisms made by previous guests have been successfully addressed.

Other reviewers have described in great detail the package that is offered at Yedi so it seemed important to us to talk about how this place makes us feel...the atmosphere created by L and S is food for the soul. We go there tired and stressed out from modern life and return feeling thoroughly refreshed and rejuvenated. This is not just from the material comforts available here but also from the intrinsic peace and tranquility and the values encompassed in the Yedi experience. It is a place that reminds us of and returns us to the important things in life!

Room Tip: The new Kardelen suite is phenomenal

“Great ambince that favours relaxation and running supported by great food.”

As a dedicated runner/walker I sometimes struggle to find an appropriate hotel that can respond to my needs. Yedi has sumptuous rooms with stunning views located in great countryside. From the gates you have plenty of routes marked out that are relatively easy to follow. Or you can join the organised walking groups happening three times a week for two hours. I believe plans are in hand to enhance these routes with GPS for those who favour high tec walking.

Yedi also favours relaxation and recovery. Fine dinning and chilling by the pool are equally supported. Both of which provided fantastic views of the sea and mountains. We will miss our relaxing breakfast overlooking the gorgeous bays below. Thanks to Leon and Semra for being great host and providing the best in hospitality.

“Once again, a great visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 October 2011

We have just come back from our third visit in two years (second one this year) and, despite horrendous weather for the first couple of days, we had our usual great time. At the beginning of the week it rained heavily, blew a gale and there was thunder and lightning. None of those who were staying felt it detracted too much from the holiday as Yedi is very strongly built, with thick walls and a cosy "lodge" feel about the lounge/library. There is a wood burning stove in the dining room which made all he difference. As usual, the food was wonderful, so much so that walkers who were initially planning to stay one night actually stayed two! We stayed in Mermaid's this time and had a wonderful view from our balcony - one night we sat out there and watched the lightning over the mountains. Leon and Semra gave us all a very warm welcome and we will definitely be back.

As locations go, you would find it hard to beat Yedi. Our bedroom window looked out onto uninterrupted views of the beautiful Turquoise coast - not a building in site. The sunset was stunning. Meals were a highlight and the whole atmosphere of the place made for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
