the location of this place isnt great, it is a bit of a walk to the street to get the bus. We had a lovely room though, one of the jacuzzi suites which was worth paying for but would probably try somewhere else next time

Dont go to this hotel, food poor no water had to pay for drinking water pool filthy diningroom filthy, no gym or sauna you could use it was a rubbish tip drink was limited to gin, vodka and beer when they had it, you could not get toast or scrambled eggs, people were going down with ear infections from the pool, the room were basic I had exposed wires from the airconditioning unit and exposed wires outside the room, when we complained we were told that they were not going to do anything,could not get hold of a rep ended up spending 468pounds on cabs and food just to eat properly. if you did not eat the chicken at lunch then it was served up at dinner in a sauce,got turkish tummy and could not eat there anymore. my husband and 2 friends were ill as well.

on arrival first impression looked good. the reception staff chewing gum and watching tv. The bedroom was clean, but the water supply for bathing and toilet was always off. Our first and last evening was very poor, birds were feeding off the bread baskets, and repeated at breakfast. Asked for wine with our meal and told to go and get it from the bar, only to be told they had run out.The smimming pool was a toal health hazard, the water was cloudy, never seen it cleaned, gratings off, tiles broken, and several children got ear infections. No one in mangagement to complain to ? Very glad to be home.

On arrival no on at hotel could speak any English ,though most of holidayers were british. we were shown to our room,whitch was adequate,and then went to see the facilities available to us.The pool seemed to be quite murky and several grids were missing around the pool edge,whitch was an hazard to those using the pool, and later weheard that several people using the pool had got a painful ear infect;ion. To summerise as time went by we found ;the food boring and inadequate;the water going off several times a day;running out of drinks at the pool bar on numerous accations:putting ice in drinks with their fingers,wiping glasses filthy towels and more interested downloading music than running the bar.advertised ameanaties not availiable ie.gym,sauna,jaccussi,tv in room only turkish,no snacks thru day for all inc.except for small cubes of cake and stale bread from breakfast;no entertainment ever,no manager to guide and supervise and general running of hotel,staff did as they liked and no one was at all interested in the people who had payed good money for a rubbish hotel ,please please please please DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!
