Well as somebody written already - its look horrible on first day but after one day its not that bad - i think you just try to get use to it.
Rooms are very small especially if there is 3 of you in one room - and even if all of you paid full price one person will sleep on camping bed.
Air con - you need to pay for it extra 25 pound per week, if you want to get fridge in to your room is 15 pound a week.
Reception staf not very helpfull mayby because they dont speak very good english.
Our floor in the room for a week stay was mopped once...hmmm not very good.
There is no beach towels so remeber to take yours or if you want to buy one just simply go to the city and get it from shop there - shop in the hotel is too expensive.
Umbrellas next to swimming pool may have something around 20years so they are not in the best condition.
Music next to swiminng pool is to loud - never stops for whole day and i got feeling they got only 2 or 3 cd's as there is not to many songs.
If you like to drink it isnt place for you - drinks are served in very small mesurements and as the sign above a bar say - you only allowed one drink at the time.
All inclusive got to choose from Gin,Vodka and Rakije - all local brands, beer, wine and soft drinks.
Trips-dont buy it from guy from restaurant in a hotel - he cheat on us and didnt want to give money back after admiting mistake in booking our trip - finally we got half of money back but it didnt left good impresion.
We booked our boat trips with Michael which got his desk in the city next to boats and we were very happy. Basicly trips are very similar if you want to go to Gocek market or 12 islands most of the stops are in the same places...just go if you enjoy staying on the boat which is very nice. Trips are resonable price - around 10-15 pound for whole day trip inclusive lunch so i think is worth it.
There is few shops and restaurants not far from hotel so that is one of good sides of it.
Overall i wouldnt defenetly come back to this hotel and want recomend it to my friends!

Hotel constructed of small 3 story blocks with approx 8 rooms per floor. Very easy to hear people move on concrete floors/stairs and between rooms. Room OK but bathroom only just reasonable. I am not fussy. Pool OK smallish but adequate AI started at 11am but had to be in tiny plastic tumblers. No internet/gym Slide was poor works twice daily - dangerous as open plan spiral stairs where metal struts had rusted from steps!

Food only just acceptable. Breakfast just cold meat fruit and bread and boiled eggs. Flies ++ General maintenance man seen smoking in kitchen whilst food being made. They had a problem with a heater under a tray of food so he held his cigarette above the food whilst he leant down to fiddle with the gas valve!!!!!!

Beware the door locks in Block 1 Banging the door does not lock it You have to press a button on the inside to lock the door! I had my Iphone and wallet stolen when I left my room for 30 mins for breakfast after my annoyance with the abusive Londoners. Waited 1 hour to see the manager who was not bothered and said 'do not go to the police - they will do nothing - go home and British police can track it !! He also advised walk 40 mins to town to get a phone card as his telephone was too expensive!!

SO - MANAGER UN-HELPFUL AND UNCONCERNED. He also insisted that everybody with Goldtrail had to pay in full for accommodation or leave immediately! (?? contract between hotel/tour operator so can not charge 3rd party [guest]) This left everybody very unhappy for a few days

Overall Basic hotel NOT 3* or 4* If you can go out of school holidays it can be so cheap that it could be used as a base and eat out in town every night - most main courses £10

If you can find any hotel at similar price go there.

Explanation regarding other customers - - Party form HELL (group of loud abusive single mothers with kidsfrom London (party of 8) arrived 6am and spent 30 min screaming at each other from ground to 2nd floor! This group regularly abused the staff (F*ing +++) and came in at 3am with kids and parents screaming. I told them to be quiet at 3.30am as they were directly outside my room - when I reminded them of when they arrived one said 'what did you expect us to do tiptoe?' - reply YES you usually only hear cases being pulled along! The staff manager did nothing to sort this group even when one tried to push a workman down the spiral staircase of the slide! The only thing the staff did was to pour acid into the pool next to them from large drums at 6pm exactly - so no restful evening swims

i stayed at this hotel in october 2009 and i wa so scared when i heard the reviews but it turned out the be the best holiday iv ever been on, the pool is amazing the staff are great there was even entertainment in october which you cant expect! the rooms wernt exactly the best but who cares your only there to sleep and get chaanged. there is sooo much to do who cares if u have to get a buss when they come right outside!!
food was fine massive range of deserts and the slide was amazing. there is everything u need to make ur holiday enjoyable, come here if ur not a snob!!

After travelling through the night my first reaction to this hotel was"I'm out of here tomorow". But everything looks better the next day. The staff were very helpful, nice and kind. The pool was good and the location was just right. Towards the end of our holidays, when people were going home we realised that there weren't any people coming in (because of Goldtrail) and it was very sad because the manager was sacking staff on a daily basis. When Hero (the entertainments manager) left, well thats when the hotel went down hill. No entertainment was put on day or night. The bar staff tried but without Hero the atmosphere wasn't there. It was sad and I felt sorry for the staff. The best thing that could happen to that hotel is for someone to buy it, give it a face lift and bring Hero back.
