This hotel is all about money. Drinks are rubbish, apart from the beer. £2.50 a pint. Some staff were lovely but others were so rude. The actual resort Ou deniz is really nice. There are a lot nicer, cheaper hotels in this resort. People are the most friendly iv ever met on holiday in this resort. The walk is about 10-15mins to the beach and a short bus ride (free of charge just ask reception) to the lagoon which is fab. Shopping is good.
The food is awful in the hotel, basic, bland. We went the Turkish night which was 50 TL approx £22 in the hotel and it was awful. Once they have your money thats it. The fire show was OK. There was no organisation. The show gets the audience to participate but if you pay you expect a show. YES? The air con didnt work properly and have to pay an extra £4 a day. The safe is an extra £2 a day. Our room was stuck in the dungeon under ground that stunk of damp. Shower was cold and didnt work properly. We have travelled a lot and not really bothered where we stay really and definately not picky........but this is the worst hotel we've stayed in. Im glad we only had B&B which i had ceral every morning and a rubbish coffee.
Honestly dont book this hotel. Basic. Expensive. Safe was extra. Air con was extra. 15 mins from the nearest beach. Food awful........The list goes on
All in all the hotel is crap. We had a great holiday, would definately go back to Olu deniz and Turkey. Hope this helps.
